Polyvinyl-chloride (PVC) is a thermoplastic, In general , the material will begin to soften at 80~85oC, at 130oC, it will become sticky and followed by becoming molten at 160~180oC.

PVC† have good mechanical properties , but its has poor resistant to sunlight and heat , when the temperature reaches 100oCor when long term exposure to sunlight, it will release hydrochloride, and these hydrochloride will cause† the material to change colour and also at the same times its mechanical properties will deteriorate, this weakness can be improved by adding additives.
